I think the DCCC has released the advertising time it had reserved in this space. Except for 2010, Kissell struggled to win when this district favored Democrats...

In 2006, he ran against an entrenched incumbent and lost by 300 votes. In 2008, he thumped Robin Hayes by 10 points and pulled a similar margin in 2010, despite being noticeably underestimated in the polls.
