Anyone who picks terrorism seriously needs to get their brains checked.

Anyone who picks "sanitation" seriously needs to get their brains checked.

Nobody has picked that yet Wink

Bad sanitation and the problems it leads to take many more lives then acts of terrorism, Kemp.

Bad sanitation not a global threat, Hugh.  I'm not worried that garbage is going to take over the world.

Yeah, and a hijacked plane's just waiting to be crashed into outback Mali.

There is a difference between random murder of groups of people and poor government services.

Anyway, the nations where sanitation is a problem have far worse issues to deal with.
