Considering it's a tie, and even assuming a Socialist landslide in the South, I guess Eisenhower could still win a House vote with some Democratic support..
It's not a tie, Cathcon's vote is a tie breaker(he voted for Republicans presumably), so Socialists win.

So whoever he votes for loses in a tie? That doesn't make sence.

I am obligated to remove my vote from consideration in the case of a tie. It sucks, doesn't it?
