Wilsonian Foreign policies-- Check (see Iraq)
Insistence on "traditional" values-- Check (see Neo-Cons on gay marriage; compare this to the Dixiecrats on matters of race and homosexuality)
Only the Wilsonian thing is actually neo-conservative.
