Not that surprising given the lower court's ruling.

It's the 14th state, not counting DC, a few Indian tribes, and those NM counties. Hawaii should be number 15.

With NJ in the club, isn't Michigan the state where it's most favored and not legal?

Michigan, Hawaii, Oregon, and Colorado are all around the same area of support last time I checked.

Illinois is the glaring exception now that NJ has crossed over...

Well now that NJ has already married gays, and Hawaii will legalize soon, IL is the epic low hanging fruit. I think it might be underground.
