I'm not sure if you abandoned this thread, JCL, but I'd really like an answer to this if you haven't.  I'm curious.

I can't speak for JCL obviously, but Evangelical Protestants who don't believe in using birth control even when there isn't rape are few and far between.

Out of curiosity what denomination are you TJ? I'm guessing by your avatar that you are LCMS or LCWS.

TJ is a Roman Catholic.

Nope, Catholic. A blue Wisconsin avatar is hardly inconsistent with being Catholic, just look at our last VP nominee or our only other regular poster with a blue Wisconsin avatar Smiley

By LCWS, do mean WELS? If so I must say those are probably the two major Protestant denominations closest to being Catholic so you're close.
