Per CNN's report a few minutes ago.

Enough to stave off Mitt's Money Machine?

Even with his money machine I have a hard time seeing Mitt win any of those states...

Exactly. If he dominated with cash in Ohio (and it looks like Santorum spent next to nothing. They must be kicking themselves) and only won by...what?...ten thousand votes, they can't really hope to compete in the three states that I listed especially when Rick wants to throw around some serious dough.

If Santorum is going to spend that money against anyone, it's gonna be Gingrich -- Romney isn't exactly the most popular guy around that area.

I heard some commentator report that Mitt and PAC have already spent a few million in MS & AL. So no

...but the point is that this will proportionally be a lot better than Ohio (a state Santorum barely lost after being vastly outspent) so it benefits Santorum.

Santorum was outspent about 4 to 1 in OH, and he will likely be outspent 4 to 1 or more in MS and AL. So again, no.

...in states where Romney is far less appealing. You need way more than 4 to 1 for Mitt to win.

yes but Gingrich will also be spending money and time in these states, splitting the conservative vote.

so again, no

Ok, please read my opening post. It was about stopping Mitt. Thanks.

In April, a lot of states in the North-East will vote, all favor Romney except Pennsylvania.

PA's GOP delegates are unpledged, so Santorum could win, big, and still lose the delegates, big.  It happened in 1980.

Sad but true.

J.J. is so chronically wrong that I beginning to think he's an act.
