After all of that drama surrounding the locking of The Institute, it just ended up being locked anyway. Sad  I'm glad we could at least enjoy a few more weeks there. This will never be the same.

This thread is horrible compared to the M.A.N. Institute.

Those that wandered those hallowed halls are still weeping...

Julio Jones with that interception made me cuss in front of my grandparents.

If your grandparents are anything like mine, I would be a former member of Planet Earth!!

Antonio is my boy but the young bull is really showing his age here, not knowing The Flintstone's are several decades old.

Naso loves Charles Ramsey because he fulfills most of the black stereotypes Naso subscribes to.

When will "Lenny and Earl" return?

Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City

1. Will Rogers died in a plane crash.
2. This airport is the only one to have 'World' in its name rather than the more customary 'International'.
3. You cannot fly to any international destinations from this World Airport.

loloklahoma

Wanted to make the same point about it being named "World" and had a sad feeling it actually wasn't an international airport.

Been reading thru old threads on U.S. General now that I'm a mod there now to see if there's anything that needs deleting or moving to another board.  Came across this old gem discussing the post of Senate Majority Leader that displays the perils of making predictions.

Santorum will run after Frist retires (in 2006) and yes the GOP will still have a majority in the Senate.

I've tried to use some personal examples of why people shouldn't make such predictions and with such certainty but people still don't listen. Wink

By the way, while I was wrong about Casey running for the Senate, anyone with a brain that follows PA politics knows he has always wanted to be Governor, would have preferred it to being Senator and will almost definitely run in 2018 if it is open. If not, I could see him simply not seeking re-election to the Senate.

Ugh. I hate when someone doesn't respond to an Internet Hall Monitor's grilling about topics that don't concern the latter!

Wait a couple of years, then get elected to the EP. I'm sure Cohn-Bendit wouldn't mind having Edathy in his caucus.

LOL! Doubled over after that one! Just hilarious.
