Has your department developed a policy on Turkmenistan?

If not, why not, given that it is widely regarded as second only to North Korea in its degree of Stalinesque totalitarianism?

Eritrea, State of – Full trade and military restrictions are to be in place against Eritrea.
I would like to remind the Secretary that this would be a change in Atlasian policy, as Defense Secretary Ford provided some military assistance in exchange for their part in Atlasia’s Sudan policy at the time.
