Naso's complaints make it sound like a qualified woman got a promotion he was hoping for because he was expecting them to give it to the best man for the job instead of the best person.

There's no need to tag your post like that. Even new readers should quickly realize what your posts typically are.

TIME's choice was predictable since of the major contenders it would generate the most buzz and sales. Xi wouldn't have raised sales. Trump hasn't had a good year and they can easily put him on the cover any week since he's always putting his foot in his mouth.

Naso, your definition of modern feminism sounds a lot like what people complained about the "old" feminism. People always find ways to resist changes to the status quo and if you're going to change the past in doing so, you should at least realize it.

Yeah, I bet he would have been complaining about the whiners in the "women's lib" movement if he were around back in the '60s.

You mean forward in the 60's, don't you? Naso's America is still in the 50’s.
