You and your ilk did the same to someone that was competent.

Besides, gotta have the meat to make a good barbecue.

Obama was competent but his policies were disasters. Notice how Trump is the opposite of both of those things.

If running a close to trillion dollar deficit in an otherwise good economy isn't a total fiscal disaster, what is?

I dislike Trump and leery of his abilities, but it's clear Trump was using "heart" here in a metaphorical sense relating to the emotional impact of kidney disease, not a literal sense of the kidney being a suborgan of the heart.

Based on the shadows in that image, he's squinting on the side the lights are on, which is not unusual. I recall from the days of Kremlin watching the perils of overinterpreting photos to determine the health of secretive leaders.
