Seriously, it depends on how you define gender.  (see third gender)

If you consider persons of the same sex, but different sexual preferences to be different genders, then a girl could have sex with a hetero guy and a  bi guy at the same time and thus make Naso's statement true.  I doubt that's what he meant, but you get my point.
