Why is no one on the left organizing counter mobilization to watch for voter intimidation?
Especially in areas where the Democratic Party is firmly in control, Democratic poll watchers are there every single election specifically for this reason and many others. Even in my 70% GOP Southern county, half of the precincts will have Democratic poll watchers. You just don't hear about it because we're not barred by law from coordinating these massive efforts every single cycle. It's only news when the GOP and their white nationalist friends begin coordinating in violation of the law.
In Philly, for instance, the Democratic Party is likely to have poll watchers at every single precinct. They better set up those cameras and hand out their drugs far away from the precincts, because those poll watchers will catch this crap and I'd be willing to bet that based on the machine politics in Philly and its strong union and black contingents...the instigators just might be more likely to leave white working class and black voting locations with busted kneecaps than bragging stories about disenfranchisement.
