Rapid city is done though. That's as close as he'll come.

Minnihaha has 51 precincts outstanding and Hillary is still up by 1k net votes.

Even if he gets +500 from all the reservations, won't be enough. She's too far ahead. Needs Minnetaka. Hillary up there wins her South Dakota.

Not looking good for Bernie but still TCTC in Montana.

Lyman dead centre in SD - and 115-115 with everyone in. Wink

Problem now is that the margin might decrease - the net votes are still about 1500. Sanders is running out vote boxes.

Calling NM for Clinton. Congrats Hillary.

Hillary will earn about 120 delegates so far tonight.

Will go into CA needing 95 delegates to lock this up.

Beat CNN by an hour. Wink

We'll soon know whether Bernie's challenge was successful or not.

Magic number is 100 delegates in CA for Hillary.

Assuming Bernie's numbers hold up in Rapid City it will put him 300 short. Clinton's got this.

This is actually a great test of my theory. I've been running particularly aggressive today. If Hillary wins, it'll be confirmed even with a split in reporting statewide.

I'm already taking into account Bernie's current polling. He's already a third of the way through the box. So at most he'll be up about 3 percent there, which isn't enough.

Hillary's true lead in SD is 0.4 percent now. Despite Sanders getting closer, she's never relinquished it.

3 percent in. Bernie is capped at 70 percent now.

Next percent we'll know who's the Democrat nominee.

Bernie capped at 50.6 in CA.

Time for Bernie Sanders to concede.

Calling California for Clinton. Congrats. She had already won the nomination earlier when Bernie couldn't get above 70. Now she's won the state.

Mathematically it was still possible for him to win the nomination. Now it is not.

Hillary 1.2 percent up with just 3 percent remaining in South Dakota. It's over Bernie bros. Wink

She has already gotten enough pledged delegates to win 50 percent plus one of the pledged delegates.

Montana has flipped to Sanders. First time that has happened tonight.

With the North Dakota loss that makes it 51 states that Hillary has lost in contested primaries - a record for a successful nominee. Montana may make number 52.
