Well, according to Al Jazeera (which is owned by the Qatari monarchy), this all has to do with some kind of hack of the Qatari news agency. Apparently, the hackers leaked comments by the Qatari leader which "expressed support for Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah and Israel - while suggesting that US President Donald Trump may not last in power." Al Jazeera claims the comments were all fake news (because of course they would, as the monarchy's mouthpiece), but at least this is one side of the story.
