Is this a serious question? With God you are rewarded with eternal paradise in heaven. With Satan you are punished with eternal damnation in the depths of hell

Think about it this way, God is having a party and it's big enough for him to invite all his friends, it's unlike anything you've ever seen and he wants you to come. Meanwhile, Satan is Gods enemy and he wants to crash the party. God knows who Satan is so he won't get in. But Satan would try to send one of his followers to do his dirty work for him. In Gods situation, would you allow for a soldier of your enemy to enter your house? No. If you are a follower of the Evil One, you would be better off at his house
No. Satan is just a ham fisted attempt, alongside 'free will' to address the problem of evil.
