FYI, genetically, he/she would still be male, so would he/she really count as our first female President?

Yes. Obama has half his genetic make-up from a white mother but is still considered to be the first black President. And if it's all about genetics and XY and XX, some people are XXY but are considered male (though often can have fertility issues). What about XXYY etc.
