This is in fact a very good point BRTD brings up. This idea that you shouldn't adopt aspects of other cultures have usual belonged on the far right fringe. That a bunch of drooling morons on the left reach the same conclusion from the opposite POV, just show the complete lack of critical thinking some people have, and they should ridiculed and shamed for this stupidity until they become too ashamed to raise their voice in public again, saving us from having to waste time on their future stupid ideas.
