If Jim Hood runs again in 2019 he will win. If he retires there's an 80-90% chance a Republican will replace him.

NCSOS, since it's a much more swing state, yes, Democrats can easily keep it.
No office in North Carolina is easily kept, especially for Democrats.

You don't know North Carolina, do you. Democrats normally control most offices in NC. It wasn't until 2016 when Republican oddly won some offices.
