Official Status of Amendments

According to the atlasian constitution amendments don't have a sell by date, once passed by the senate they can be ratified whenever the regional executive chooses

A situation that is obviously absurd and a classic example of the failure of "game reform" for "game reform"'s sake. I'll be watching this thread, though.

This happened in real life, though, and I happen to like the 27th Amendment.
