What's your height and weight?

I'm roughly around Iron Mike's measurements below-  Add a couple of inches on waist (I wear size 36 now loosely but tape is a bit bigger than forgiving American fashion), subtract a couple off Mike's absurd neck size, and add a half inch to bicep.  My fitness goal now is to tighten up and shed last remnants of stomach. I'll never be thin. I'm built thick, weigh about 215 and bench that around 10x.

Lot of either wiry or skinny dudes. When I used to do a bit of sparing you always had to watch out for the wiry type, a lot of torque can develop behind the punch.  I suppose there are also a bunch of younger posters here too who haven't filled out yet.
