A lot of what you've said is pretty spot-on. Including the bit about me. If I set out to accomplish something, I put everything I've got into achieving it... and I can't really change that about myself. I know I'm a bit of a perfectionist. The banner has to be perfect, the font has to match, I've got to make a statement on this, I've got to make a statement on that, I've got to make sure angus votes, I've got to get a PM to Matt... blah, blah, blah. To be honest, I'm finding that the small hiatuses I often take are the only way I'm able to get by. That's a sign that things are going to have to change.

The thing is... looking back, I can see exactly where it all started to go awry. It's just very difficult to disengage, especially when, straight up, I don't know if there's anyone else who can do the job. When I reduce my workload, I want to make sure things don't fall apart. That's going to be something I focus on through the summer.

Anyhow, I veered off-topic a bit, but whatever. Tongue Your comments really struck a chord with me, and it's a hard place to be in.
