How does Kerry +7 make it a swing state, exactly?  Also, the most recent poll out of Hawaii was the one that was part of the 50-state poll from American Research Group, and that one had Kerry +10.

Even if that wasn't the case, the idea that being in the +7 range makes you a swing state means that there are quite a few states that could be classified as "swing" states, including Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina...
