Tornadoes in Minnesota?  I'd think that would go to Oklahoma or Kansas.

And Michigan is no longer the worst in unemployment, in large part because so many people have moved out of state to find jobs.  (Hopefully Gov. Snyder is bringing them back! Smiley)

So in South Dakota, they speak a language called Dakota???

Edit: well I looked in Wikipedia, and I guess that really is a language (Native American)
I'm shocked that Minnesota and the Dakotas don't have some sort of Scandinavian language there.

With the GOP having tainted the word 'liberal' from the 80s onward, I'd be interested to see a poll where 'progressive' replaces that description.
Sure, but the Tea Party movement has tainted the word "conservative" as of late also.

When did Democrats lose their registration advantage in Arkansas and Oklahoma?
This is based on polls, not actual registration stats.  That map would only include states that have party registration.

I was actually expecting to see Apple at the top in California and Microsoft in Washington.
Whatever.  I don't buy any of those maps anyway.
