A compamy can't sell at higher price for an extra speed service? I don't know what happens in real life. If there are many diffferent speeds for different prices. It wouldn't be a problem to me if the basic speed is fast enough. Companies advertise a speed but when you do a little speed test on your computer it's not fast as advertised.

I would have liked clarification on this:

Maybe it's just a definition of net neutrality and interpreted this meaning something else.
