I'm in! A good part of my games have been inspired by Spamage's efforts (including 2008, Chain of Elections and his 1560's Game), so playing one again would be an excellent experience.
I voted for 1756, but I would certainly play 1804 as well. 1475 sounds fascinating too, but I'm a bit worried hindsight might play too large a role regarding some "undiscovered" parts of the world (I would recommend moving it to the 1520's to see the Protestant Reform, Henry VIII, Charles V and all those shenaningans in the New World).
