For comparison the current total expenditure of Lincoln is $755.80 billion.
So single payer will cost more than the entire current spending of Lincoln. And given current revenue is only $510.88 Billion, you'll have to more than triple taxes to cover the entire cost of single payer.

Maybe they can just eliminate paygo and pretend things dont cost money like what appears to be looming in Congress.
