Honoring Some Folks Act

All parks and schools referencing "American" political figures shall be renamed using analogous Atlasian political figures.

The Governor is empowered to create a task force to determine the analogous political figures for these purposes.

X Napoleon

(Inspired in part by one of Kal's old proposals, and name shamelessly stolen)
