Well, if Mr. Chavez likes, he can reduce the price of his own countries oil exports, that way everything will be fair and square.

Anyway, since the presence of more oil in the market will eventually drive the price down, and we are paying compensation to the oil companies, I hardly see how he has much of a leg to stand on.  He is just angry, because now he will have to compete for our attention.
