IMO, Deborah Ross is basically Elaine Marshall 2.0. Look, I know it's still early, but let's face it: Shuler is the only one who might win this race. All the others will lose. Barring a game changer, this race is over (same is true for CO).
Yes she's Elaine Marshall 2.0. Her result in the end will totally depend on the presidential election.
