The question is based on this:

They have injection centers for drug addicts. The idea is to provide them with a safe place to inject, and provide them with safe tools to inject with.

The debate is this - Is it worth it to save these people's lives? Have they not made a decision to engage in risky behaviour? Would not Darwinism teach us that these people should be allowed to off themselves though this type of risky behaviour? In another way, if someone decided to be a druggie, should we not let them die?

The question therefore is: Is it worth it to save these people's lives?

     I don't see the point of this question, unless the aforementioned druggies are doing drugs in an effort to commit suicide, which I am sure most of them are not.
