Please ignore the black bars on the top and bottom. They are put there so that these flags can fit into square icons for display.

1 or 2. The first is a nod to the Red Ensign which was an important feature of Canadian Commonwealth flags. However in this design the maple leaf is 'white'. The second makes more sense (I also never liked the adopted design for the maple leaf in the 1960's)

These were originally designed to be flags for an Independent Ontario, but I can't decide between the 4.

I like the white designs because they are fairly unique, and white with a 3-leaf design, but the 1-leaf white looks too much like the current Canadian flag, so that one I like the red, but I dont like the others.

First two, but thank god we got rid of the union flag in the canton. Ontario and Manitoba need to do the same (not to mention Australia and New Zealand... and Fiji for the matter, a country that doesn't have Liz as head of state, and I'm not sure if it's even in the commonwealth).

Harry: it's designed for Ontario, which specifically decided to keep it last time they changed their flag, and would probably decide to still hold on to it.

That would be a huge improvement for Ontario, but I've seen better designs. I like having three gold maple leaves (as shown) centred on a green field. Just that.

These are the only two kind of Ontario flags, that Earl has suggested, that I could back. If there ever was a debate, I would oppose any flag with just a single symbol in the middle with everything I got.

Can you at least make a flag with this design so we can decide how good (or not) it looks in comparison with all your other options?  Preferably with the same shade as that used by Australia and New Zealand?
