It will be really wonderful for the kid when his mother will die at 80 (and I'm optimistic, in Romania it's a lot) while he's only 13 ...

I suppose it's her business, but I really fear for the kid. Mothers aren't supposed to be that old. By the time he graduates from high school, his mother will be 84 - if she even lives that long.
