Not until mid-March at the earliest.  The sequester cuts won't begin to affect the general public until April, tho they have effects earlier that have already begun.  The lack of any obvious cliff is why Congress is in no hurry to make a deal. The people involved have no reason yet to accept a bad deal.

They will combine the april budget deal w sequester. Ultimately, closing the big oil and gas loophole without a big tax increase and things will be delayed untl then.
