Of course not. This was one the most absurd moments in the entire Update arc. And that says a lot!

It makes sense to celebrate a major event by having a steak dinner. That's called living, not bogging down with a diet.  Diets are not supposed to be rigid on weekends, at least not in our family. It makes sense to grill hamburgers quite often.  That's called being an American. What does not make sense is sticking to a rigid diet every day of the year without any kind of fun. .  We eat healthy most of the time, believe it or not. It makes sense to have pork chops, stuffing, corn, and green beans.

If I ate like Bushie, I would look like him, assuming that I had not yet assumed room temperature thereby. Even if a gym rat, one just can't eat that way, without ending up a corpulent mess. Period.

It sounds fine to me.  I think he's fat for some genetic reasons.  My parent's generation all ate like him, and my own parents did till their last couple of decades (when they realized they were 'rich' and too decrepit to travel they started eating in fancy restaurants every day - their only joy).

I love how he lists stuffing and corn as healthy items.

You're an un-American stuck-up prick, Dukey.

I'm pretty sure he's never described a single meal they've eaten that I would call "healthy", so...
