Her first term was a decent continuation of Lula's (FF) period in office. This second one has all the warnings of a clusterf***.

Continued the core of Lula's project, but corrupt, fairly incompetent, terrible policies on the environment (worse than the moderate part of the right wing). Lean HP. Definite HP if the corruption charges are proven.
