MAS117 has received enough first preferences to win Chairman, voting stops at Round 1.  Akno21 and Alcon tie, there is no determinable winner in preferential voting for Vice Chairman.

MAS117 is declared Chairman of the Progessive Caucus.

Maybe MAS117's votes should be redistributed based on second preferences.
