How do you decide who's an FF and who's an HP?

Mostly the 2nd one with people I tend to agree with more on pollical/religious beliefs contributing as well. Although there are rare occasions where one's personal views are enough to qualify them as an HP even if they are civil.

Ferguson97 doesn't really like people.  I'm saying this as an observation; lots of people fit this description. 

I generally like people.  If you're decent to people here, you're an FF in my book, with few exceptions.  I'll take grouches with effort posts.  But if you're someone who is just to others without provocation, you're an HP.  I'm not talking about people who have a bad day; I'm talking about people for whom that's their calling card.

It would not surprise me if some of atlasians are from an alternate universe, but no one has more than 9999 eyes, so no one is an hp.
