Trump "hot mic" audio comes out on May 2

Let's say the Trump/Billy Bush audio had gone public on May 2, the day before the Indiana primary.  How do the rest of the primaries go, and is there a contested convention?

Might be a bit late for Cruz to come out with a clear majority in delegates, but it's hard to see how Trump doesn't lose Indiana and most (if not all) of the following States.

Ben Carson, Chris Christie, and Scott Brown pull their endorsements. As almost all female Republicans vote against Trump, Kasich and Cruz focus everything in on Trump for about a week and then start splitting up the map with each other.

Cruz takes Indiana and splits with Kasich. Cruz wins, even though Kasich has the pv via California.
