Brilliant. The status quo is shattered, unity ain't around the corner.
Willing to bet this is a preview of what is to come.
When Trump begins implementing policies, he will be met with deep resistance.

Which is good and necessary. The Dems in DC are all rolling over and playing dead. And someone needs to stop Trump's plan to gut our nation like a corporate raider with a new, juicy acquisition.

The senate dems better be ready to fight! Trumps going to need 6-7 of them in the senate to pass anything.

The media makes me laugh.

NY Times:

"Protesters in Oakland, Calif. ................ set fire to garbage bins."

Washington Post:

"At one point, demonstrators lit an American flag on fire. Later, amid a cacophony of loud chants, a glowing “Love Trumps Hate” banner was held aloft under the iconic Trump Tower sign. The singer Cher mingled in the crowd, doling out hugs."

Sounds like a pretty peaceful protest from the same people who would protest Trump if he lost for not accepting the election result.

So you cannot win. They would protest regardless.

Some of these flag burning crap and nonsense make people not take millennials seriously, and it could backfire on the generation. You still want to know why most millennials are unemployable?

I'm all for protesting but I think we need to save our energy for when President Trump decides to start infringing on people's rights or unconstitionally tries to stamp out freedom of the press; at that point, there needs to be riots in the streets.

When congressional Democrats become as obstructionist to Trump as Republicans were to Obama beginning in 2009, then perhaps these protests wouldn't be so necessary.
