When? In the future or past because he is 77 now and anymore time in the future is really too old to be elected president. In the past however (Maybe in the 2000-2012 Range) then i could take him seriously but wouldn't vote for him. He is a Social and Economic Conservative, Supported Mike Huckabee in 2008 and 2016 and later Ted Cruz, his extreme support for Israel, and supported California Proposition 8 so i couldnt support him.

Depends on who else ran, if there is a candidate more libertarian than him (not very hard) then I would vote for him.
