Conservatives love him when he's attacking libs. His run ends (at absolute maximum) when he gets on a stage with Trump and people realize that he's only 5' 4" and has a voice like a tin-whistle.

To answer the question - no way in heck, but it would be hilarious to watch him get humiliated. He would make JEB! look like a professional wrestler.

He's cute and slick, but that's all he has going for him, and that's just simply not enough for the Republican party nowadays. I've listened to a few of his arguments. He relies a lot on semantics (e.g. the boy scouts argument on transsexualism), which is questionable ground, at best, for a strong argumentative style--shades of Marco Rubio.

Young, nerdy conservatives love him.

The rest of the Republican base will say  "Who is this small child wearing their father's suit on my TV, and why is he nasally yelling "AD HOMINEM!" at the President?"
