It may or may not, but does it matter?

He has said plenty of offensive things already, but more importantly, Trump has destroyed the lives of millions through his horrible and racist actions. Such a tape is simply icing on the cake and, given the thought process of his base, would change nothing.

Tom Arnold swears it does, but he also back pedals when pressured...and while I like him, he's not exactly the most trust worthy source.

My guess, it exists, but isn't as bad as Trump haters (of which I'm one to be clear) would want it to be.
