Hypothetical: Senator Bernie Sanders decides to challenge the incumbent President Barack Obama due to his foreign, social and economic policies. It was a brutal primary but President Obama was still able to defeat Sanders.

The only states I see going for Bernie are Vermont and West Virginia. Everything else goes strongly for President Obama.

Kentucky, Maine, Oklahoma, Vermont, and West Virginia. Sanders doesn’t break 25% nationwide.
