Since, this is a presidential, I would back Manchin, because Morrisey's lobbying past is a bit concerning

In a Senate race, my choice would be Morrisey

Note: This is for a Presidential-Election

Manchin 100% for any office against drug kingpin Morrissey. Manchin would probably win to. Very confusing why you would back Morrissey (R-NJ) for Senate in West Virginia but vote against him for president.

Because for Senators, it's about the Senate Leaders and the incumbent President, so, electing a bad Senator is not as bad as electing a bad President

Manchin. I'm a Democrat, and I'd rather someone who agrees with me on some things than someone who doesn't agree with me on anything.

Morrissey, because a the entire Democratic apparatus would deserve to lose if Manchin was the best they could come up with on that level.

Manchin anywhere else, but not as a standard bearer.

Manchin would lose because he'd deliberately go out of his way to antagonise the dmeocratic base and make futile efforts to appeal to people who will never ever vote democrat

I would vote third party for sure.

As for who would win, I'd say probably Manchin.

Manchin is obviously far from my ideal candidate, but still wins by a wide margin on every count.

I find this odd coming from someone who identifies as a moderate Republican in their username

Especially since more conservative posters back Manchin

Joe Manchin is not a conservative to anyone with a brain, and to the extent he’s even a moderate, he’s moderate on all the opposite sorts of issues as I am.
