Next month's numbers should improve for Obama if he shows himself to be no pushover, and is willing to stand up to the GOP.

Agreed. For me, still strongly approve of his job performance overall, but disapprove of his ability and willingness to use his political capital.

Somewhat disapprove

Disappointing on appointments.
Disappointing on health care.
Not very efficient in managing his own party.
Trying to do too much and implementing few things in international politics.

Somewhat disapprove, probably going to be strongly pretty soon. The deficits are not sitting well with me, especially now that it looks like they will be worse and last longer than originally projected, although I'm not surprised.
