Winning. like in getting the most votes, would be a "victory" for the H man. Anything short of that, and his half life continues to get shorter right on schedule.

With 23% counted McCain leads in 45 counties, Huckabee in 15 counties and 12 counties have no returns. McCain is leading in all 8 CDs though the margin is very close in CD 7.

With 43% McCain is solid in 6 of 8 CDs (though CD 4 is slow to count). Huckabee has a lead in CD 3 with an early strong showing in Eau Claire and narrowly trails in CD 7. Delegates are awarded 3 for each CD as well as 16 statewide WTA.

District 3 and 7 are both remaining very competitive. McCain leads in CD 3 by 18 votes with 67% counted. McCain leads in CD 7 by 24 votes with 60% counted.

Huckabee is in the hunt to win two CD's in Wisconsin, and might get 6 delegates.

With 40% reporting, Romney is in 2nd place, ahead of Huckabee by just 30 votes!

It looks like Huckabee has won two CD's in Wisconsin, CD 3 and 7. However, nothing from Clark County, that has some votes, and is in both CD's. That county might flip CD-7, but very unlikely that it will flip CD-3. The rest not counted is all Huckabee country. Huckabee probably has won both CD's however. The counties surrounding Clark are all Huckabee's.

Clark should go to Huckabee, and that would give him the 6 delegates from the two CDs. McCain will get the other 34 delegates (18 district, 16 statewide).

Huckabee has won the two CD's. I did the calculations of the missing precincts myself for CD-7 in the portion of Clark that is in CD-7  (that is where all the missing precincts are from), and Huckabee wins CD-7 by 100 votes. He will win CD-3 by about 900 votes.
