best of luck to her.. I had a cousin do two tours in Iraq and come back fine.  now he rents himself out to private contractors for 30-day stretches, probably at tens of thousands a pop, to hunt pirates in Somalia.

Godspeed... take solace in the fact thatas an officer and as a female she will be less likely  asked to perform dangerous duty- and take comfort that regarldess of our thoughts of the mission she has a grateful nation behind her and praying for her and ready to welcome her home soon

God Bless her, and tell her some random republican from Florida on a internet forum she has never heard of before thanks her for her service Smiley I will keep her in my thoughts.

Best of luck to her.  A cousin of mine was killed by an IED in Zabul province.  Hopefully she stays safe inside one of those sprawling bases.

Good luck to her. It must be pretty stressful for her family.

In any case, I know I wouldn't feel right if my brother were to be deployed there. Well, Canada mostly left now, so, no worry for me.
