When I got the Breaking Bad DVDs over last holiday break I watched them straight through over the course of a couple days.  It depends on the show. 

If it's normal, mundane TV... posting 46 times a day is definitely easier.  Wouldn't take more than a couple hours and a need to chime in on everything.
