Wilson. If Taft or Roosevelt had been President, we would have been in WWI far longer than Wilson had us involved. Plus, President Wilson was definitely a lot more progressive minded than Taft was and that would have been a key issue in deciding that election.

Not really.  If we entered World War I in the spring of 1915, it would have ended in the fall of 1916 or maybe the spring of 1917 at the latest.  Similarly if we had stayed out and made it believably clear to both sides that we would be staying out, the war would have ended by then.  An earlier entry of the US into that war does not appreciably lengthen the time the US spends fighting.

The US entering World War I would have given such an overwhelming advantage to the Allies (especially since Russia would still be in the war) that the Central Powers would be far earlier.
